  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment or apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Sweatband

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
